Directions from Subway Stations

1. Go out exit #3 for the Hibiya line and exit #5 for the Oedo line.
2. At Roppongi intersection, walk eastward on Gaienhigashi-dori. You will see Tokyo Tower ahead of you.
3. In 8 minutes, you will reach Iikura Katamachi intersection. Cross to the other side.
4. Turn right into the first small street off the main road (Chianti Italian restaurant and Kaoruco Gallery shop are on the corners of the street).
5. At the end of the street, there is a light brown apartment building on the left hand side. The clinic is located on the 3rd floor.

1. Go out exit #2. Where there are 2 sets of escalators, one each on the right and left, go up the escalator on the left hand side.
2. Walk straight (the street will go downhill then uphill, past an elementary school after the uphill ends). In 5 minutes, you will reach Iikura Katamachi intersection. Cross to the other side. Then, walk to your left (perpendicular to the highway above; go towards Tokyo Tower on Gaienhigashi-dori).
3. Turn right into the first small street off the main road (Chianti Italian restaurant and Kaoruco Gallery shop are on the corners of the street).
4. At the end of the street, there is a light brown apartment building on the left hand side. The clinic is located on the 3rd floor.

2. Walk straight (the street will split into a pedestrian section and car section. Stay on the pedestrian section. This street will take you up and down a hill). In 8 minutes, you will reach Iikura Katamachi intersection. Turn right (perpendicular to the highway above; go towards Tokyo Tower on Gaienhigashi-dori).

2. Once out of the station, take a right towards Iikura intersection.
3. Go right at Iikura intersection towards Roppongi (onto Gaienhigashi-dori).
4. Cross to the other side of the street at the pedestrian crossing in front of the post office across from the Russian embassy.
5. Continue on the same street going towards Roppongi.
6. Turn left into the small street right before Iikura Katamachi intersection (Chianti Italian restaurant and Kaoruco Gallery shop are on the corners of the street).
7. At the end of the street, there is a light brown apartment building on the left hand side. The clinic is located on the 3rd floor.

Driving Directions

1. Start out going east on Route #20 (Shinjyuku-dori).
2. At Yotsuya 3 chome intersection, turn right onto Route #319 (Gaienhigashi-dori).
3. At Roppongi intersection, turn left and go straight to the next large intersection, Iikura Katamachi intersection.
4. (Although the clinic is down the next side street on your right, in order to avoid making an illegal right turn, the following directions will instruct you to make a roundabout u-turn)
At Iikura Katamachi intersection, turn right onto Route #415 toward Azabujyuban.
5. Turn left at Shin-Ichinohashi intersection. Turn left at Akabanebashi intersection onto Route #1 (Sakurada-dori).
6. At Iikura intersection, turn left (onto Gaienhigashi-dori) and go approx. 500 meters (1/3 miles).
7. Turn left into the side street just before Iikura Katamachi intersection (Chianti Italian restaurant and Kaoruco Gallery shop are on the corners of the street).
8. The clinic is on the left, a light brown apartment building, at the end of the street.
9. There are two pay parking lots near the clinic (see map 1).

1. Start out going north on Route #15 then onto Route #415 toward Azabujyuban.
2. At Iikura Katamachi intersection, turn right (onto Gaienhigashi-dori). Immediately after the turn, go right into the first side street (Chianti Italian restaurant and Kaoruco Gallery shop are on the corners of the street).
3. The clinic is on the left, a light brown apartment building, at the end of the street.
4. There are two pay parking lots near the clinic (see map 1).
